PGIMER Nursing Officer Selection Process:

The selection will be done strictly as per the merit in the written examination. Category wise merit list will be prepared for all the categories. Thus the final selection process will be in two stages. meaning;

  • Written Test (MCQ Type)
  • Skill Test (Only for DEO)
  • merit list

PGIMER Nursing Officer Written Exam Pattern:

For Group ‘B’ (Non-Gazetted) and Group ‘C’ Posts (Nos. 1 to 4):-

  • The written test (in English language only) will consist of 100 multiple choice objective type questions.
  • Each question will be of one mark.
  • There will be negative marking of 0.25 marks per question for wrong answer.
  • Candidates will also have to undergo a Biometric Test to check any impersonation in the exam.

Minimum Percentage Required:

Minimum qualifying marks will be 40% for General Category/EWS And 35% for SC/ST/OBC grade. As the Government of India has exempted from conducting interview for Group ‘B’ and ‘C’ (Non-Gazetted) posts, there will be no interview Further candidates will be selected for these posts on the basis of merit in the written examination only.
