Check HP High Court Exam Pattern Details:
The exam pattern will be as follows:
Part-A (Screening Test)
- The exam will be of objective type.
- It will be in English language having four choice MCQ types for each question out of which the correct answer will be given by the candidate by darkening the appropriate circle on the OMR answer sheet or any other mode suggested in the question paper. / OMR sheet.
- Each question will carry equal weightage of one mark.
- screening test will be two hour duration Involved 100 questions of 100 marks Overall, touching on the following topics:

|basic computer knowledge||10 points|
Comment: OMR sheet containing answers to MCQ type questions will be evaluated through electronic mode and candidates who qualify the screening test will be called for written test if they come up in the ratio of 1:5, which means one vacancy. Against five candidates advertised.
Part-B (English & Hindi)
- The written test will be of total 80 marks to be completed in 2 hours which includes the following:-
|Essay in English – 500 words||25 marks|
|Essay in Hindi – 500 words||25 marks|
|Translation from English to Hindi (one paragraph containing at least ten sentences)||15 points|
|Translation from Hindi to English (one paragraph containing at least ten sentences)||15 points|
Comment: The qualifying marks in the written test will be 45% out of the total marks. The candidates who qualify the written test will be called for interview provided they appear in the ratio of 1:3 i.e. three candidates against one post advertised.
