About CTET 2022 :-

Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi will be held Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) in the month of December 2022 to January 2023 For a person to be eligible for appointment as a teacher for classes I to VIII. All the eligible applicants had applied for these posts. Application submission process. has started from the date of 31 October 2022 To 24 November 2022, More details about the recruitment are given below.

Due to lack of information about exam pattern and syllabus, students study wrongly. The exam pattern and syllabus of the candidates for CTET December 2022 July are discussed here:-

CTET 2022 Exam Date – In the month of December 2022 to January 2023

About CTET 2022 Exam Pattern:-

  • All questions in CTET exam will be Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs),
  • each question to be carried a scarwith four options, out of which one answer will be correct.
  • there will be No negative marking.
  • There will be two papers of CTET.

(I) Paper – I For a person who would c. intends to become a teacher forLessons I to V.
(ii) Paper II Will be for a person who intends to become a teacher Class VI to VIII.

Comment: A person who intends to become a teacher for both the levels (Classes I to V and Classes VI to VIII) will have to appear in both the papers (Paper I and Paper II).

Paper-I (For Classes I to V):-

CTET 2022 Exam Syllabus

Child Development and Pedagogy,

The test items on Child Development and Pedagogy will focus on Educational Psychology of Teaching and Learning relevant to the age group of 6-11 years for Paper-I and the test items on Child Development and Pedagogy will focus on Educational Psychology of Teaching and Learning, Paper-I – Relevant for the age group of 11-14 years for II. They will focus on understanding the characteristics, needs and psychology of diverse learners, interacting with learners and the characteristics and qualities of a good facilitator of learning.

Language I and II,

  • Test items in Language I will focus on the respective proficiency through instruction.
  • Test items in Language II will focus on elements of language, communication and comprehension abilities.

mathematics,

Test items in Mathematics and Environmental Studies will focus on concepts, problem solving abilities and pedagogical understanding and applications of the subjects. In all these subject areas, the test items will be evenly distributed in different divisions of the syllabus for that subject as prescribed by NCERT for Class IV.
