Level 1: Objective Test of one hour duration covering General English, General Knowledge, General Intelligence & Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude (Arithmetics).
Marking Scheme: “3” marks will be awarded for each correct answer and 1 mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.
level 2: shorthand skill test
The minimum qualifying standard for Level-1 Test is 50% in aggregate for General Category (UR) and 40% in aggregate for OBC/SC/ST/PH.
Empanelment Criteria: On the basis of combined marks obtained in Level 1 and 2.
Bhabha Atomic Research Center Driver (Ordinary Grade) Exam
Level 1: Objective Test of one hour duration covering General English, General Knowledge, Arithmetic, Motor Vehicle Act.
Marking Scheme: “3” marks will be awarded for each correct answer and 1 mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.
level 2: driving test.
The minimum qualifying standard for Level-1 Test is 50% marks for General Category (UR) and 40% marks for OBC/SC/ST.
Empanelment Criteria: Weightage for: Level 1- 40% and Level 2-60%.
(Candidates qualified in Level-1 written test only will be called for Level-2 Driving Test.)
BARC Work Assistant-A test
Level-1: Preliminary Examination
Distribution of Points:
50 Multiple Choice Questions of one hour duration consisting of Mathematics (20 questions), Science (20 questions) and General Awareness (10 questions).
Marking Scheme: “3” marks will be awarded for each correct answer and 1 mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.

Minimum Required Percentage:
Candidates scoring not less than 40% in the general category will be screened and the minimum cut-off for the reserved category will be fixed not less than 30%.
Level-2 – Advanced Testing
Candidates qualified in Level-1 Preliminary Examination will be eligible for Advanced Examination consisting of 50 objective type questions of two hours duration consisting of Mathematics (15 questions), Science (15 questions), General Awareness (10 questions) and Basic English ( 10 questions). ,

final merit list Will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in Level-2.
In the event of a tie, the following criteria will be followed in order to be ranked in the merit list:
- Candidates with less negative marks in Level-2 will be placed higher in the merit list.
- The candidate with higher marks in Level-1 will be placed higher in the merit list.
- Candidates with less negative marks in Level-1 will be placed higher in the merit list.
- Candidate with higher positive marks in Mathematics in Level-1 will be placed higher in the merit list.
- Candidate with higher positive marks in Science in Level-1 will be placed higher in the merit list.
